How It Works

Four stages, from first conversation to sustained compliance.

01

Initial discussion — free

Tell us about your legal, tax, or financial needs via form or WhatsApp. Consio's team maps whether your needs fit our capacity.

02

Audit & diagnosis

We go through your documents, financial records, and compliance status to find the gaps — before they become a costlier problem.

03

A concrete action plan

You receive a work plan with clear priorities, measurable targets, and a realistic timeline.

04

Ongoing support

Consio's consultants stay involved until your compliance and reporting are truly on track — not just handing over documents and leaving.

Engagement Model

Choose what fits your urgency best.

Project-Based

Suited for specific needs with clear targets and deadlines — such as forming a new company, business licensing, or preparing an annual financial statement.

  • ✓Scope and price agreed upfront, before work begins
  • ✓Suited for one-off needs: company formation, business licensing, annual reports
  • ✓Wraps up on target — no ongoing commitment once the deliverable is handed over

Monthly Retainer

Suited for companies that need ongoing tax and bookkeeping support, not just occasional help once a problem has already grown.

  • ✓The same consulting team supports you every month — no starting from zero each time
  • ✓Covers routine tax filing, ongoing bookkeeping, and compliance support
  • ✓Scope can be adjusted as your business grows

Every cost estimate is discussed individually based on the scope of your work — never a flat blanket rate, so you only pay for what you actually need.

Frequently Asked

What people ask most before their first consultation.

Is the initial consultation with Consio really free?

Yes. A 30–45 minute initial discussion to understand your legal, tax, or financial needs is completely free — only after that do we share a scope and cost estimate, if you decide to move forward.

Does Consio only work with large companies?

No. We work with businesses from those just about to incorporate (first PT/CV) to established companies that need ongoing support — the scope and working model are matched to your business size, not a one-size-fits-all package.

How long does setting up a PT or CV take?

It depends on how complete your documents are and the process at the relevant government agencies, which isn't entirely in our hands — once you consult with us, we give you a realistic time estimate for your specific case, not a flat number.

I'm several months behind on tax filing — can Consio still help?

Yes. This is actually one of the most common needs we handle — from cleaning up overdue tax status to support if an audit comes up. The sooner it's raised with us, the more options stay open.

What's the difference between the project model and the monthly retainer?

The project model is for one-time needs with a target and price agreed upfront, such as setting up a PT. The monthly retainer is for ongoing needs like routine tax filing and monthly bookkeeping, supported by the same team every month so nothing starts from scratch each time.

How does Consio keep my business's financial data confidential?

Your data is only accessed by the team directly handling your case, following the same data governance standard used across every Pinnaco Group business unit — never shared with anyone beyond what's needed to deliver the service you requested.

An initial discussion with Consio costs nothing.
